Importance Of Home Inspection
Why Home Inspection Is Important
Buying a new home is probably the largest investment you'll ever make and it's a decision that will affect you for years to come.
The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there's always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision. A professional home inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. We really enjoy helping our clients in this process and customer service is our highest priority.
We will inspect all the structural elements and systems of the home. Items that will typically be included in an inspection are:
- Framing (structure)
- Roof and attic
- Foundation
- Walls
- Electrical system
- Plumbing system
- Heating and air conditioning systems
- Kitchen
- Bathrooms
Per the California Business & Practice Codes (sections 7195 – 7199), the (CREIA) California Real Estate Inspectors Association, and (ASHI) American Society of Home Inspectors standards.
Home Inspectors cannot perform repairs on the defects found during the performance of a home inspection. The report will direct you to contact a contractor or other specialist for further evaluation or repair if warranted.
After the inspection you'll receive a comprehensive home inspection report, including digital pictures, that are easy to read and understand.
Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the home inspection report. Armed with the information provided within the report, you can make your decision with confidence.
Remember, the difference between a great start in your new home and a costly mistake is: A+ Home Inspection Service.
